Team members join a mission-driven environment that values innovation, academic rigor, and learner success.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maths Faculty role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Maths Faculty will design and deliver engaging lessons in Mathematics and related subjects aligned with the NEET syllabus and PrepMed NEET’s learning programs. Daily responsibilities include planning and conducting classroom sessions, creating problem sets and practice materials, and using data from student performance to refine teaching strategies. The role involves contributing to curriculum development, collaborating with other faculty to ensure consistency of content, and providing doubt-clearing sessions, mentoring, and exam-oriented guidance to students. The faculty member is expected to maintain academic discipline, support online and offline assessments, and participate in regular academic reviews and training.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong subject-matter expertise in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics.Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Physics and Statistics relevant to NEET and competitive exam preparation.Candidates should possess skills in Curriculum Development, including creating structured lesson plans, study materials, and assessment tools.Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related field; teaching certification or training is an advantage.Prior experience teaching at school, coaching institute, or Ed-tech platforms, preferably for NEET or other competitive exams.Ability to explain complex concepts clearly, use examples and problem-solving techniques, and adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.Strong classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centric and inclusive teaching approach.Comfort with using digital tools, online learning platforms, and multimedia resources to enhance instruction and student engagement.
