The center is known as a focused exam coaching hub rather than a general tuition center, providing a “final shot” for students aiming for strong results.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Maths Tutor role based at Seeman 100/100 Tutorials in Mambalam. The Maths Tutor will coach students in core mathematics concepts, with a focus on exam-oriented preparation and answer-writing techniques. Daily responsibilities include planning and delivering structured lessons, conducting short-term crash sessions, and adapting teaching methods to suit varied learning levels and academic gaps. The tutor will monitor student progress, provide individual feedback, and help learners build confidence in problem-solving under time constraints. Collaboration with other tutors and adherence to the center’s coaching methodology are essential to ensure consistent, high-quality instruction.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong subject-matter skills in Mathematics, including proficiency in Algebra.Candidates should possess skills in Tutoring and, where relevant, Online Tutoring for supplemental support.Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for explaining concepts and guiding answer-writing.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Science, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience coaching school or college students for exams, especially in high-pressure or short-duration programs, is beneficial.Ability to diagnose learning gaps quickly and adapt teaching strategies to diverse learners.Strong classroom management, patience, and a student-centered approach to teaching.Availability to work flexible hours aligned with exam schedules and peak coaching periods.
