In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Enterprise Asset Management System (EAMS) to ensure efficient maintenance operations and asset reliability.Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot the IBM Maximo or similar EAMS platformDevelop and implement asset management strategies to improve operational efficiencyCreate and manage work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, and asset recordsGenerate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with maintenance teams to ensure accurate and timely data entryProvide technical support and training to end-users on EAMS functionalityImplement system upgrades and enhancements as neededEnsure data integrity and maintain database performanceDevelop and document standard operating procedures for EAMS processesAssist in the integration of EAMS with other business systemsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience working with Maximo or similar EAMSProficiency in IBM Maximo or comparable Enterprise Asset Management SystemStrong understanding of asset management principles and maintenance practicesExperience with database management and SQLFamiliarity with work order management systemsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExperience in industrial or facilities maintenance environmentsExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills, both written and verbal
