The faculty member will design and deliver lectures, seminars, and interactive sessions in management-related subjects, ensuring alignment with the curriculum and academic standards. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, evaluating student performance, mentoring learners, and providing academic guidance. The role involves contributing to curriculum development, participating in research and scholarly activities, and engaging in academic events, workshops, and departmental meetings. Faculty members are expected to collaborate with colleagues, support college initiatives, and stay current with developments in management education and industry practices.QualificationsStrong expertise in Organizational Behavior and related management disciplines.Should possess skills in Curriculum Development and academic program design.Should possess proven University Teaching skills with the ability to facilitate engaging classroom learning.Postgraduate degree (MBA, Master’s in Management, or related field); PhD or enrollment in a doctoral program is an advantage.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach diverse groups of students.Ability to use educational technology and learning management systems for instruction and assessment.Demonstrated commitment to ethical practices, student-centric teaching, and continuous professional development.
