Hamstech College of Creative Education is a Hyderabad-based creative arts institute, founded in 1992, offering degree, diploma, and certificate programs in Fashion Design, Interior Design, Photography, Graphic Design, Culinary Arts, and Makeup Artistry — with 5 campuses across the city and industry tie-ups for student placements.Principal Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Delivery:●      Deliver lectures, seminars, and workshops for MBA/PGDM students across specified subjects●      Prepare teaching materials, case studies, presentations, assignments, and assessments●      Evaluate student performance through exams, projects, and presentationsCurriculum & Academic Development:●      Design and update course curriculum and syllabi in line with industry trends●      Participate in curriculum development and academic committeesStudent Mentorship:●      Guide student dissertations, live projects, and internships●      Mentor students for placements, competitions, and certificationsResearch & Industry Engagement:●      Publish research papers, case studies, and articles in reputed journals●      Organize/participate in FDPs, MDPs, workshops, and conferencesCollaborate with industry for guest lectures, internships, and live projectsQualification and Personal Profile●      MBA/PGDM (Ph.D. preferred/pursuing Ph.D. an advantage) in relevant specialization from a recognized university●      3–8 years of teaching and/or industry experience in the relevant domainPrior teaching experience at MBA/PG level preferredOther Skill and Ability Requirements●      Strong subject matter expertise and command over curriculum●      Excellent communication and presentation skills●      Proficiency in case-based and experiential teaching pedagogy●      Familiarity with LMS platforms and MS Office.Please share your updated CV at hr@hamstech.com
