This is a fully remote, paid, task- and performance-based internship ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in healthcare consulting, business development, and operational improvement.About the RoleAs a Healthcare Consulting Intern, you will work directly with hospital leadership and our internal team to identify, analyze, and execute high-impact projects in areas such as revenue cycle optimization, patient acquisition, digital transformation, and service-line growth. You’ll operate like a junior consultant: scoping problems, running analyses, building recommendations, and supporting implementation—remotely.Who Should ApplyCurrent MBA students or recent graduates (0–12 months) with a specialization in Marketing or Technology/Operations Management.Strong interest in healthcare, consulting, and problem-solving.Comfortable working remotely with hospital administrators, clinicians, and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to create clear, client-ready decks and reports.Analytical mindset: comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, basic data visualization, and structured thinking.Self-starter who can own tasks end-to-end with minimal supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be assigned discrete workstreams and client tasks. Typical responsibilities include:Opportunity ExplorationResearch hospital markets, service lines, and competitor benchmarks.Identify consulting opportunities Client Engagement & RequirementsConduct remote interviews with hospital stakeholders to clarify objectives and pain points.Document business requirements and translate them into project charters and work plans.Analysis & RecommendationsAnalyze operational, financial, and marketing data Build hypotheses, run analyses, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.DeliverablesCreate client-facing presentations, reports, and dashboards.Support implementation of pilot initiatives Business Development SupportHelp prepare proposals, case studies, and pitch materials for new hospital clients.Compensation Structure (Activity + Performance Based)This is a variable-pay internship. Earnings are tied to completed tasks, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.Base Task Stipend: Fixed amount per approved deliverable (e.g., research report, analysis deck, client interview summary). Performance Incentives:Bonus for on-time, high-quality delivery.Additional incentive for client-impacting outcomes (e.g., leads converted, pilots launched, measurable efficiency gains).Note: Exact payout slabs and KPIs will be shared during onboarding and may vary by project.Duration & Work ModeDuration: 8–12 weeks (extendable based on performance and project needs).Work Mode: Fully remote. You’ll collaborate via video calls, shared docs, and project management tools.
