We Are Hiring Immediately: MBA Program & Partnership Manager AAMBFS is seeking an experienced and passionate professional to lead the operations, partnerships, and student experience of our newly launched MBA Program.This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in empowering future leaders while managing a high-impact graduate business program that combines academic excellence, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth. 📍 Location: El Sheikh Zayed  Role Description 🔹 Program Management & Academic Operations• Oversee the day-to-day management of the MBA Program• Ensure seamless delivery of academic schedules, student services, and program operations• Monitor student enrollment, retention, progression, and graduation🔹 Partnerships & Stakeholder Engagement• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate, academic, development, and donor organizations• Represent the program in meetings, events, and collaborative initiatives• Support fundraising and partnership development efforts that advance leadership and graduate education🔹 Student Experience & Success• Serve as the primary focal point for MBA students throughout their academic journey• Enhance student engagement, satisfaction, and academic success• Coordinate academic advising, student support services, and graduation processes🔹 Faculty & Quality Management• Collaborate with faculty members and internal departments to ensure academic excellence• Support quality assurance, accreditation compliance, and continuous program improvement What We're Looking For:✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Education Administration, or a related field [English Section]✔ MBA or postgraduate qualification is highly preferred✔ 5–7 years of experience in higher education, academic administration, or postgraduate program management✔ Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, partnership development, and relationship management✔ Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills✔ Experience in MBA programs educational initiatives is a strong advantage Send your CV to:Careers@aambfs.edu.eg
