We’re seeking a committed MBBS RMO to support our growing patient load in Bhilai.Role & ResponsibilitiesConduct daily ward rounds, monitor patient vitals, and update medical records in compliance with hospital protocols.Assist senior consultants in diagnosis, treatment planning, and emergency interventions under supervision.Prescribe medications, order diagnostic tests, and interpret basic lab/radiology reports.Respond to in-patient emergencies, provide initial stabilization, and coordinate with ICU/emergency teams.Document clinical findings accurately in EMR systems and maintain patient confidentiality.Participate in hospital audits, clinical meetings, and ongoing CME activities for skill enhancement.Skills & QualificationsMust-HaveMBBS Degree with valid MCI/NMC registrationValid state license to practice in ChhattisgarhExperience in in-patient care or internship in hospital settingBasic Life Support (BLS) certifiedFamiliarity with EMR / Hospital MIS systemsAbility to work night shifts and holidays as per rosterPreferredACLS certificationExperience in ICU/NICU or emergency medicine rotationFluency in Hindi & English for patient and team communicationBenefits & Culture HighlightsCompetitive salary with performance-linked incentivesHealth insurance, festival bonuses, and annual leave with carry-forwardStructured clinical mentorship and career progression path to senior RMO or specialist rolesSkills: patient care,healthcare,communication,emergency medicine,clinics
