The Host Live is responsible for presenting live shows, engaging audiences, and maintaining a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout each session. Daily tasks include introducing segments, interacting with guests or viewers, promoting featured products or services, and ensuring clear, professional communication on all platforms used during live events. The role also involves coordinating with production teams, supporting promotional activities, and providing basic customer service to enhance audience satisfaction and brand image. The Host Live may assist in preparing content or scripts, participate in training to improve hosting skills, and contribute ideas to enhance show quality and viewer engagement.Qualifications Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and engagingly in live settings.Customer service skills, including responsiveness, empathy, and the ability to handle audience questions or feedback professionally.Experience or familiarity with sales and promotional activities, particularly in an entertainment or event-focused environment.Experience in training or being trained for public speaking, hosting, or performance is beneficial.Comfortable working on-site in Semarang with a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or special events.Prior experience in hosting, entertainment, events, or media is preferred but not mandatory; a strong motivation to learn and grow is highly valued.
