You’ll serve patients of all backgrounds while working alongside a team committed to improving health outcomes across Central VA.Reports to the CMOM-F 8-5 (some Mon-Tues hours extend to 7pm)Pay range: $180,000-$250,000Robust Benefits Package Key Responsibilities:Whole-Family Care: Deliver comprehensive medical care and preventive health maintenance to the entire family unit.Clinical Excellence: Perform examinations, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and implement patient-centered treatment plans.Continuity of Care: Manage complex cases and coordinate care with outside specialists when needed.Procedures: Perform surgical, obstetrical, gynecological, and critical care procedures based on training.Mentorship: Educate and guide clinical staff, residents, and medical students.What You Bring:Community Mindset: Deep alignment with the mission of Community Health Centers and community-fit care.Strong Communication: Exceptional skill in building trusted relationships with diverse patients, families, and staff.Education: MD or DO degree with successful completion of a Family Practice residency.Credentials: Active Virginia medical license, valid DEA registration, and ECFMG certificate (if applicable).This role is part of a broader effort to strengthen access to high-quality primary care across Virginia.
