The dental specialist will provide comprehensive clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of complex dental and oral health conditions. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing specialized dental procedures, supervising chairside assistance, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and communicating treatment options clearly to patients. The specialist will also stay current with advances in dental surgery, participate in case discussions, and contribute to continuous improvement in clinical outcomes and patient experience.Qualifications Recognized MDS/Masters in Dental Surgery degree from an accredited institution and valid dental license/registration as per local regulations.Demonstrated clinical expertise in diagnosis, treatment planning, and performance of advanced dental and oral surgical procedures.Strong knowledge of dental radiology, infection control, sterilization protocols, and evidence-based clinical practices.Proficiency in patient communication, counseling, and management of diverse patient needs with empathy and professionalism.Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative teams, manage time effectively, and handle a steady patient load.Familiarity with dental practice management systems and electronic health records; comfort with documenting and tracking clinical data.Commitment to continuous learning, participation in professional development, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.Prior experience in hospital-based or advanced dental care settings in Bengaluru or similar urban environments is an advantage.
