Our ambitious electrification and software strategies are matched only by our commitment to fostering talent and empowering the next generation of leaders.Through the Engineering Graduate Program (EGP), we're seeking bright, dynamic individuals who are ready to embark on a journey of learning, growth, and innovation.ABOUT THE PROGRAMThe Stellantis Engineering Graduate Program is an 18-month development journey designed to accelerate the growth of young engineering talent through hands-on experience, cross-functional exposure and continuous learning.The Program is an opportunity to discover the different dimensions of automotive project management, work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real vehicle development projects within a global automotive company.During the program, you will rotate across four key functions of the MEA Vehicle Projects team:QUALITY – Contribute to quality performance and ensure project standards are met.COST – Discover cost management and support the optimization of project performance.TECHNICAL – Work with engineering teams and contribute to technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.PLANNING – Support project planning, follow key milestones and contribute to keeping projects on track.You will gain a 360° view of automotive projects, develop your technical and project management skills, and discover where your strengths and interests can take you.YOUR 18-MONTH JOURNEYDISCOVER → LEARN → CONTRIBUTE → GROWThroughout the program, you will benefit from:Exposure to different engineering and project functionsHands-on experience on real business projectsCollaboration with experienced and international teamsContinuous learning and developmentCross-functional experience within the MEA regionThe opportunity to build a strong foundation for your career at StellantisYOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT FOR THE PROGRAM IF :You are currently in your final year of Bachelor’s or Master’s studies and looking for a final-year internship (PFE).You are pursuing a degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.You have a good level of English, both written and spoken.You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with different teams and stakeholders.You are curious, motivated and eager to learn, with an interest in the automotive industry and project activities.You are willing to take responsibility and contribute to real projects.You have an adaptable mindset and are comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment.You are available to work on-site in Casablanca.You are willing to collaborate in an international and multicultural environment.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?We are looking for young talents who demonstrate:Curiosity and willingness to learn Motivation and enthusiasm to develop their first professional experience.
