The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building scalable SaaS applications, real-time communication systems, API integrations, and AI-powered solutions.Key Responsiblities:Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js, and TypeScript.Design and implement real-time systems using WebSockets, WebRTC, streaming audio, event-driven architectures, queues, and asynchronous processing.Build and integrate applications with telephony and SIP providers, handling real-world production challenges, reliability, and third-party API limitations.Integrate messaging platforms and APIs, including the WhatsApp Business API, ensuring robust and reliable communication workflows.Work with LLM APIs, tool/function calling, and speech/voice AI models to develop AI-powered features and workflows.Evaluate AI solutions not only for accuracy but also for latency, cost, scalability, reliability, and failure handling.Design efficient MongoDB schemas and data models for multi-tenant SaaS applications.Develop and maintain secure, scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.Build data models and workflows supporting contacts, conversations, tickets, workflows, and role-based access control (RBAC).Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across development and production environments.Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Required Skills

2–4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.Strong hands-on expertise in the MEAN stack:MongoDBExpress.jsAngularNode.jsStrong proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript.Experience with WebSockets, WebRTC, real-time communication, streaming, and event-driven systems.Experience working with queues and asynchronous processing.Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, telephony/SIP platforms, and messaging APIs.Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or similar communication platforms.Experience working with LLM APIs, function/tool calling, and speech/voice AI models.Strong understanding of MongoDB schema design, API development, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access control (RBAC).Strong debugging, problem-solving, and production troubleshooting skills.
