The Mechanic will perform routine and preventive maintenance on construction equipment and machinery, ensuring safe and efficient operation. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic issues, carrying out repairs, and replacing parts on heavy equipment such as tower cranes and concrete machinery. The role involves conducting inspections, documenting maintenance activities, and coordinating with the operations team to minimize equipment downtime. The Mechanic will also support adherence to safety standards, follow manufacturer guidelines, and contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes.Qualifications Strong skills in equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for construction machinery.Experience with Preventive Maintenance programs, including scheduled inspections and servicing.Hands-on expertise with Heavy Equipment such as tower cranes, concrete placing booms, and related machinery.Proficient Troubleshooting abilities for mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues.Relevant technical diploma or vocational certification in mechanical engineering, automotive, or heavy equipment maintenance.Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for working with construction equipment.Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service documentation.Previous experience in construction or equipment rental industry in the UAE or GCC region preferred.Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with supervisors and site teams.Willingness to work on-site, including occasional
