Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) Engineer

Job OverviewResponsible for technical review of design schemes and drawings within designated area; managing and maintaining factory facilities and engineering systems, including HVAC, dehumidification, CDA, vacuum, power, and electrical systems. Ensure facilities operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the operation, maintenance, and repair of factory facilities and utility systems.Oversee engineering projects, including design review, quality, cost, schedule, and safety.Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.Lead facility upgrades and small-scale engineering projects.Troubleshoot facility and operational issues to ensure stable operations.Supervise and train technicians, including developing SOPs and technical manuals.Ensure compliance with EHS policies and safety requirements.RequirementsDiploma or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.At least 3 years of relevant experience in industrial plant or facility engineering.Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, power, water supply & drainage, and related facility systems.Proficient in CAD and Microsoft Office.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
