Mechanical Assembly Supervisor

🔧 We're Hiring | Mechanical Assembly Supervisor📍 Location: Riyadh🏢 Company: WETICOWETICO is seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembly Supervisor to lead the mechanical assembly and integration of skids, packages, and equipment for oil & gas, petrochemical, and water treatment projects. The successful candidate will ensure assembly activities are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with engineering drawings and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise mechanical assembly activities and assign daily work to the assembly team.Ensure equipment is assembled according to engineering drawings, P&IDs, and project specifications.Oversee equipment alignment, flange management, bolting, gasket installation, and torqueing.Coordinate with QC to ensure dimensional accuracy, fit-up, and completeness inspections.Enforce HSE requirements and safe lifting, rigging, and manual handling practices.Manage tools, fixtures, and calibrated torque equipment.Lead 5S initiatives, coach assembly technicians, and report progress to Production Management.

Requirements

Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical assembly within a fabrication or manufacturing environment, including supervisory experience.Experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or water treatment package manufacturing.Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Technology.Strong ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and assembly specifications.Hands-on experience with equipment alignment, bolting, flange management, and quality inspections.Experience in a Saudi Aramco (SAES/SAEP) regulated fabrication environment is highly preferred.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and strong commitment to safety and quality.
