Mechanical Assembly Technician

Key Accountabilities • Perform mechanical assembly of precision parts, sub-assemblies, and complete systems based on engineering drawings and instructions. • Use hand tools, torque tools, and alignment instruments to assemble components to tight tolerances. • Conduct test fitting, adjustment, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems during prototyping. • Work closely with design and fabrication teams to ensure parts fit and function as intended. • Maintain assembly documentation, inspection records, and feedback reports. • Ensure tools and workstations are maintained and follow safety and housekeeping standards. • Assist in integration and testing of mechanical systems with electrical or hydraulic components, as required.Experience • Minimum 3+ year's of experience in maintaining or assembling one of the following categories: o Aircraft systems including drones or UAVs o Combustion engines o Pneumatic/hydraulic systems
