Learn more at www.dar.com.Job Summary:This position focuses on supporting the implementation of BIM standards and workflows across Mechanical Department projects, conducting regular BIM audits, and providing technical assistance to project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong Revit MEP and Navisworks experience, with the ability to identify modeling deficiencies, improve BIM compliance, and support efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular BIM audits to ensure project compliance with departmental standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and established procedures.Review Revit models for quality, model health, and overall modeling consistency.Prepare BIM audit reports, identify deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and follow up with project teams on their resolution.Support project teams in implementing standardized BIM workflows, modeling practices, and departmental procedures.Provide hands-on technical support to engineers and modelers in resolving BIM-related issues.Review federated models, clash detection procedures, coordination reports, and clash resolution progress using Navisworks.Monitor the proper implementation and utilization of departmental BIM tools, templates, and automation solutions.Assist in developing and updating BIM standards, audit checklists, guidelines, and workflows.Conduct training and provide technical guidance to improve team capabilities and ensure consistent BIM implementation.Identify recurring BIM issues and recommend improvements to enhance modeling quality and project efficiency.Support the Department BIM Lead in monitoring BIM performance and compliance across projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a reputable university.5+ years of experience in BIM and Revit MEP for large-scale, multidisciplinary projects.Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks Manage, and BIM coordination workflows.Solid understanding of BIM standards, ISO 19650, and BIM Execution Plans (BEP).Experience in BIM auditing, model quality assurance, and clash detection.Familiarity with Autodesk Forma.Knowledge of Dynamo, pyRevit, and BIM automation tools is an advantage.Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to support project teams and ensure compliance with established procedures.Very good command of English, both written and spoken.Ability to work collaboratively under the supervision of the Department BIM Lead.Willing to commute to and from smart village.** While we carefully review all applications, only candidates meeting the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
