Mechanical Construction Manager – Fabrication Yard

Position: Construction Manager – Fabrication Yard ( structural, tubular and piping fabrication) Location: Abu Dhabi, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with strong Oil & Gas fabrication yard experience to lead and manage fabrication and construction activities.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage fabrication and construction activities within the yard.Plan and monitor fabrication activities against project schedules and milestones.Manage structural, tubular and piping fabrication works.Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and work fronts.Monitor productivity, progress and resource utilization.Coordinate with Engineering, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement and Material Control teams.Identify delays/issues and implement recovery actions.Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements.Lead fabrication supervisors, engineers, foremen and subcontractor teams.Support project management with progress reporting and execution planning.Qualification & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in Onshore / Offshore Oil & Gas fabrication and construction.Strong experience in large fabrication yards, preferably in a construction/fabrication management role.Proven expertise in structural, tubular and piping fabrication.Strong knowledge of fabrication planning, scheduling, execution and coordination.Interested CandidatesPlease share your updated CV along with the following details to jainendra.srivastava@nmdc-group.comCurrent SalaryExpected SalaryNotice PeriodCurrent LocationNationalityDate of Birth
