Mechanical Design Engineer-Team Leader

#BEDO_Innovating_Education is Hiring!Mechanical_Design_Team_LeaderKey Responsibilities* Lead and supervise the Mechanical Design team, distribute tasks, and ensure timely project delivery.* Oversee machine design, mechanical assemblies, and sheet metal components.* Review and approve 3D models and manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.* Ensure proper application of GD&T, tolerances, and engineering standards.* Review mechanical calculations and selection of motors, gearboxes, bearings, actuators, and drive systems.* Ensure designs meet manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, quality, and safety requirements.* Coordinate with production, CNC vendors, and fabrication teams to resolve design issues.* Lead prototype testing, troubleshooting, and design improvements.* Optimize designs for cost, reliability, and ease of manufacturing.Requirements* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.* 7+ years of experience in Mechanical Design, Machine Design, or Specialized Equipment Design, including team leadership experience.* Expert proficiency in SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.* Strong experience in Sheet Metal Design and Fabrication.* Excellent knowledge of CNC machining, welding, GD&T, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes.* Strong understanding of mechanical calculations, materials, tolerances, and component selection.* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Job Details* Working Hours:8:30 AM – 5:00 PM* Days Off:Friday & Saturday* Medical & Social Insurance* Location: 6th of October City* Transportation ProvidedApply Now📧 a.osama@bedoeg.comWhatsApp: https://wa.me/201022249665Please mention "Mechanical Design Team Leader" in the email subject.
