HAN'S CNC · Hong Kong, Hong Kong SAR
Tailor my CV for this job — freeAbout Han's CNCHan's CNC (SZSE: 301200; HKEX: 3200) is the world's largest PCB specialty equipment supplier, serving 80% of the Prismark Global Top 100 manufacturers and holding ~50% global share in AI-server PCB drilling. Dual-listed in Shenzhen and Hong Kong, we're expanding fast overseas — and this role sits at the core of our precision engineering push. What you'll do:Lead whole-machine architecture definition and precision budget allocation (layout, metrology & load-bearing frames, motion axis configuration, vibration isolation).Drive systematic accuracy improvement of existing platforms: build precision test/traceability schemes, identify root causes, and deliver improvement roadmaps.Own the design of key modules — motion stages, transmission/guidance, workpiece clamping — including material selection, thermal management, tolerance chain design, and simulation.Guide prototype assembly and tuning; define precision verification matrices and test plans; lead root-cause analysis and closure of structural issues. What we're looking for:Master's or above in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Instruments, Mechanics, Mechatronics, or related fields.8+ years of mechanical design experience in high-precision equipment/instruments; must have led at least one high-precision machine or core motion platform from 0 to 1 (concept → machining → assembly → tuning → validation → iteration), with clear ownership of design scope and validation methods.Deep understanding of large precision machine design: material selection, structural design, tolerance chains, and error budgeting; familiar with component sourcing and supply chains for high-precision motion systems.Hands-on familiarity with linear motors, air-bearing/rolling guides, ball screws, flexure hinges, encoders/laser interferometers — selection, calculation, and tuning.Knowledge of precision machining processes and material properties (metals, ceramics, low-expansion alloys).Experience in assembly integration of large precision equipment; able to write assembly SOPs, establish alignment/datum systems, and coordinate on-site integration.Preferred: experience in advanced packaging or semiconductor front-end equipment; theoretical precision of 1 μm or better.Mandarin Chinese proficiency is required — this role works closely with China-based engineering teams.
