This is your opportunity to ensure the successful integration of specialist wellness equipment, thermal environments, testing and commissioning activities, helping deliver construction excellence with confidence and precision.About Your TeamYou will work closely with specialist Spa & Wellness suppliers, MEP consultants, architects, interior designers, subcontractors, and construction teams to implement integrated MEP solutions, coordinate technical requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.You will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring mechanical, electrical, architectural, and specialist wellness requirements are fully coordinated and consistently achieved.Your RoleAs an MEP Engineer - Spa & Wellness, you will be responsible for:Coordinating mechanical and electrical requirements for specialist Spa & Wellness facilitiesReviewing and coordinating MEP requirements for saunas, steam rooms, hammams, experience showers, salt rooms, and other specialist wellness environmentsReviewing MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, equipment schedules, and installation detailsCoordinating HVAC, ventilation, plumbing, drainage, electrical power, lighting, and control systems associated with specialist wellness facilitiesManaging mechanical and electrical interfaces between specialist suppliers, consultants, contractors, and project teamsMonitoring installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and manufacturer requirementsSupporting inspections, testing, integrated commissioning, snagging, and handover activitiesIdentifying technical discrepancies, constructability challenges, and coordination issues while supporting effective resolutionsWhat We're Looking ForExperience:Minimum 10 years of professional experience in MEP engineering, technical coordination, or specialist equipment installationsAt least 5 years of dedicated experience in Spa & Wellness projects, preferably within luxury hospitality developmentsMandatory experience in high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury Spa & Wellness projectsProven experience coordinating MEP systems for hammams, saunas, steam rooms, thermal suites, experience showers, and specialist wellness facilitiesBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering disciplineExperience in installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and project handover activitiesKnowledge & Skills:Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical requirements for specialist wellness equipmentPractical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, electrical power distribution, lighting, and control system integrationStrong understanding of thermal facilities, including saunas, steam rooms, hammams, and specialist wellness environmentsExperience reviewing MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and specialist equipment requirementsFamiliarity with steam generation systems, sauna heating systems, specialist lighting, and equipment control systemsStrong technical coordination, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skillsWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work on landmark high-end, luxury, and ultra-luxury hospitality and Spa & Wellness developments across the regionA collaborative and project-driven environment committed to operational excellence and continuous improvementA specialist role where your expertise in MEP coordination, technical integration, and Spa & Wellness systems directly impacts project successThe opportunity to work alongside leading consultants, specialist suppliers, subcontractors, and project stakeholdersReady to elevate your career?
