Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily operations, planned preventive maintenance, and reactive maintenance of MEP systems.
- Oversee water treatment systems, including STP and RO plants, pumps, pumping stations, piping networks, swimming pools, and water features.
- Support the maintenance of solar systems and industrial kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Develop and update SOPs, maintenance plans, checklists, and technical reports.
- Monitor KPIs, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with quality and health and safety standards.
- Supervise technical teams, identify training needs, and coordinate spare parts requirements.
- Oversee commissioning and handover of new or modified systems, supporting efficiency and energy savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or BTech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of electromechanical systems, with experience on large projects.
- Strong knowledge of pumps, valves, motors, motor drives, controls, and plumbing systems.
- Hands-on experience with STP and RO plants and associated water systems.
- Strong leadership, planning, troubleshooting, and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in English and strong computer skills.
