Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Mechanical Enginee / HVAC Enginee / Maintenance Supervisor to oversee mechanical systems, optimize equipment performance, and ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of facilities and engineering assets. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising mechanical maintenance activities, supporting engineering projects, improving equipment reliability, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies that maximize operational efficiency and minimize downtime.The Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor will collaborate with operations teams, project managers, facility management, contractors, procurement specialists, quality assurance personnel, health and safety teams, and key stakeholders to ensure mechanical systems operate at optimal performance. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering specifications, coordinating maintenance schedules, monitoring equipment performance, supervising maintenance activities, supporting system installations, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and organizational objectives.Key responsibilities include inspecting mechanical equipment, monitoring HVAC systems, evaluating operational efficiency, troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising repair activities, maintaining engineering documentation, and ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably. The role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, leadership capabilities, and excellent organizational skills to manage multiple engineering priorities while maintaining high operational standards.The successful candidate will analyze equipment performance, identify root causes of mechanical failures, recommend engineering improvements, optimize maintenance programs, and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance reliability, energy efficiency, and system performance. Responsibilities also include reviewing technical drawings, coordinating equipment testing and commissioning, maintaining maintenance records, preparing engineering reports, supporting vendor coordination, and ensuring project activities meet established quality and performance requirements.The Mechanical Engineer / HVAC Engineer / Maintenance Supervisor will play a key role in improving operational reliability by implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies, optimizing asset lifecycle management, supporting facility upgrades, enhancing HVAC performance, reducing operational risks, and promoting engineering best practices.
