Join our growing team and play a key role in delivering premium residential developments across the UAE.📍 Location: United Arab EmiratesExperience Required8–12 years of total experience in mechanical engineering and building constructionMinimum 4 years of UAE experience is a must.Experience in luxury villa, residential, or high-end building projects is highly preferredAbout the RoleThe Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the technical engineering, design coordination, submittals, and on-site execution of all mechanical systems within luxury villa projects. This role ensures that mechanical installations are delivered in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, local authority regulations, and the highest quality and safety standards.The scope includes HVAC systems (VRF/VRV and chilled water systems), domestic water supply networks, drainage and gray-water systems, firefighting systems, and other mechanical building services, ensuring seamless integration with civil, architectural, and electrical works.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and supervise the installation of all mechanical systems across villa construction projects.Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, technical specifications, and method statements.Manage the installation of HVAC systems, including VRF/VRV units, chilled water systems, ventilation, and exhaust systems.Supervise domestic water supply, hot and cold water piping, drainage, gray-water networks, and firefighting systems.Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Electrical, and Interior teams to resolve design clashes and ensure smooth project execution.Monitor subcontractor performance, installation quality, and project progress to meet construction milestones.Coordinate inspections, testing, balancing, commissioning, and authority approvals where required.Ensure all mechanical works comply with UAE regulations, project specifications, and company quality standards.Support QA/QC inspections, snagging activities, and final project handover.Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, material tracking, and coordination schedules.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.Total 8–12 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering for building construction projects.Minimum 4 years of UAE experience is a must.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, water supply, firefighting, and mechanical building services.Experience with VRF/VRV systems, chilled water systems, domestic water networks, gray-water drainage, and firefighting installations.Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, coordination layouts, and technical specifications.Familiarity with UAE mechanical codes, local authority requirements, and international standards.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; experience with BIM/Revit is an advantage.Core CompetenciesMechanical design coordinationHVAC and plumbing systems expertiseProject execution and site supervisionTechnical problem-solvingQuality assurance and compliancePlanning and coordinationCommunication and teamworkTime management and attention to detailLanguage Requirements✅ Fluency in English is mandatory.✅ Turkic language proficiency is an advantage.Why Join Us?Work on prestigious luxury villa developments across the UAE.Join a collaborative and professional construction team.Competitive salary and benefits package.Excellent opportunities for career growth and professional development.📩 If you're an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong UAE construction expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality mechanical systems, we'd love to hear from you.
