Mechanical EngineerDepartmentOperations & Maintenance (O&M)Facility TypePower Generation PlantExperience LevelMid-level – minimum 3 yearsAbout the RoleWe are seeking a qualified Mechanical Engineer to join our Operations & Maintenance (O&M) team in a Power Generation Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the reliability, availability, and efficiency of plant mechanical equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain turbines, pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and other rotating equipment.Support planned outages, overhauls, inspections, and commissioning activities.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with Operations to maximize plant reliability and minimize downtime.Ensure compliance with HSE policies, company procedures, and engineering standards.Prepare maintenance reports and maintain accurate technical documentation.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance within the Power Generation industry.Experience with rotating equipment and plant mechanical systems.Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.Familiarity with CMMS (SAP PM is preferred).Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
