About Snag Property Inspection ServicesSnag Property Inspection Services is a leading inspection company delivering quality and independent inspection solutions across all stages of the property lifecycle.We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.Key Responsibilities* Inspect HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and mechanical systems.* Identify defects and manage snagging and de-snagging activities.* Review drawings, Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities, and technical documentation.* Prepare inspection reports.* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project teams.Requirements* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.* 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction, MEP, site supervision, or Testing & Commissioning.* Strong knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems.* Familiarity with Saudi Building Code, NFPA, ASHRAE, and SMACNA.* Fluent in Arabic and English – Mandatory.* Experience in snagging and Testing & Commissioning is a plus.LocationRiyadh, Saudi ArabiaHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to share their CV via email: info@snaginspectionservices.comPlease mention “Mechanical Engineer” when submitting your CV.We look forward to hearing from you!
