We're Hiring: Mechanical EngineerCompany: Maanith Industries Private Limited Location: Bagodara Plant, Ahmedabad, Gujarat Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Cement ManufacturingAbout the RoleMaanith Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team at the Bagodara Plant near Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working within the cement industry, with a strong understanding of plant machinery, maintenance operations, and production processes specific to cement manufacturing.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment (kilns, crushers, raw mills, cement mills, conveyors, etc.)Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical systems to minimize plant downtimeCoordinate with the production team to ensure smooth plant operationsPlan and execute equipment overhauls and shutdown maintenance schedulesMaintain records of equipment performance, spare parts inventory, and maintenance historyEnsure compliance with safety standards and protocols on the plant floorIdentify opportunities for process and equipment improvements to increase efficiencySupervise and guide junior technicians/mechanical staff as requiredRequirementsEducation: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical EngineeringExperience: Prior work experience in a cement plant is mandatory (please specify minimum years required)Strong knowledge of rotary kilns, mills, crushers, and material handling systemsFamiliarity with plant maintenance software/ERP systems is a plusWillingness to work at the Bagodara plant location (Ahmedabad)Good problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with predictive maintenance techniquesKnowledge of statutory/safety compliance in heavy industrial plantsHow to ApplyInterested candidates can send their updated resume to hr@mymepl.com
