In this role, you will bridge the gap between our rich manufacturing heritage and modern engineering practices. You will be instrumental in modernizing our shop floor, optimizing daily workflows, and ensuring peak operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor Production: Oversee daily machining and assembly operations to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.Implement New Technologies: Identify, integrate, and optimize modern digital tools, software, or machinery into our traditional production lines.Process Documentation: Systematically record, map, and standardize all manufacturing processes and workflows within the company.Team Support: Assist the Production Supervisor in managing floor staff, organizing schedules, and troubleshooting technical bottlenecks.What We Are Looking ForEducation: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical field.Experience: Previous experience in a machining, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environment is highly valued but not compulsory.Tech-Savvy Mindset: Strong interest or experience in introducing automation, ERP/MES systems, or digital process tracking tools.Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly document technical procedures.Traits: A proactive problem-solver who respects our 50-year history while confidently pushing for innovation.What We OfferCompetitive salary (starting from 1200€) based on your experience and qualifications.A stable, long-term career within an established market leader.The unique opportunity to spearhead digital transformation and leave a lasting impact on our production processes.Continuous mentorship from industry veterans.
