Mechanical Engineer - Fresh Graduate

Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the metal recycling industry. The role will support maintenance, equipment reliability, production operations, and continuous improvement activities within the recycling plant.

Key Responsibilities

Support the maintenance and operation of mechanical equipment and machinery.Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Inspect equipment and identify mechanical faults and abnormalities.Support troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems.Monitor equipment performance and assist in reducing breakdowns and downtime.Support the operation and maintenance of recycling equipment and production lines.Assist in implementing maintenance plans and procedures.Prepare maintenance reports and maintain equipment records.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth plant operations.Follow company safety, quality, and environmental requirements.Participate in continuous improvement and equipment efficiency initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.Strong interest in mechanical maintenance and industrial equipment.Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.
