Team members benefit from exposure to diverse projects and the opportunity to contribute to the built environment in the UAE.Role Description The Mechanical Engineer – HVAC will be responsible for designing, reviewing, and optimizing HVAC systems for commercial and residential projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing detailed HVAC drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, selecting equipment, and coordinating designs with architectural, electrical, and civil teams. The engineer will conduct site visits, monitor installation quality, support commissioning activities, and address technical issues during construction. Day-to-day tasks also involve collaborating with project managers, preparing technical reports, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards, and supporting value engineering and cost estimation efforts.QualificationsStrong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with specific experience in HVAC system design and analysis.Proficiency in Machine Design and understanding of mechanical components used in building services and HVAC equipment.Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing HVAC layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings.Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.Knowledge of relevant HVAC codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., ASHRAE, local UAE regulations).Ability to work on-site, conduct inspections, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contractors.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear technical reports and documentation.Previous experience in HVAC projects within the GCC or UAE is an advantage.UAE Driving License will Be an Advantage.
