Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d)

What do Formula 1 racing cars, aircraft engines, drones and wind turbines have in common?In all these applications and many more, aerodynamics are optimized and controlled using Vectoflow technology. From individual probes to complete measurement systems, we develop advanced flow measurement solutions using additive manufacturing, aerospace engineering and intelligent software.As a Mechanical Engineer, you will help design the next generation of aerospace and flow measurement products. You will work closely with engineering, production and product management to develop innovative components and assemblies from concept through manufacturing.Your responsibilities:Design mechanical components and assemblies for standard and custom productsCreate and maintain CAD models and technical drawingsCollaborate closely with Product Managers, Chief Engineers and ProductionSupport design verification and product improvementsWork with external suppliers and manufacturing partnersEnsure compliance with customer requirements and aerospace standardsSupport additive manufacturing development activitiesContribute to the continuous improvement of our products and development processesWhat you bring to the table:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field3+ years of experience in mechanical design and product developmentExperience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIAExperience creating technical drawings and manufacturing documentationKnowledge of manufacturing processes and materialsExperience with additive manufacturing is a plusExperience working with suppliers and production partnersHands-on mentality and strong problem-solving skillsFluent English; German is a plusWhat we bring to the table:Work on cutting-edge aerospace and flow measurement technologyDirect collaboration with engineering, production and leadershipHigh level of ownership and responsibilityFlexible working hours and hybrid work optionsSubsidized canteenDeutschlandticket subsidyA highly motivated international team building technology used worldwideThe opportunity to shape products used in aerospace, drones and high-performance engineering applicationsJoin a team where innovation, collaboration and curiosity drive everything we do.
