Mechanical Inspector

Mechanical InspectorJob Summary:We are looking for a Mechanical Inspector to inspect and monitor mechanical equipment and systems, identify abnormal operating conditions, and support preventive and predictive maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and availability.Key Responsibilities:Perform routine inspections of mechanical equipment and production machinery.Monitor equipment condition and identify abnormal operation, wear, vibration, or potential failures.Conduct and analyze predictive maintenance measurements, including vibration and thermographic inspections.Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs and recommend required maintenance actions.Conduct periodic inspection rounds and report equipment defects or abnormal conditions.Raise and follow up maintenance work requests through the ERP system.Support shutdown and overhaul inspections and verify the quality of completed maintenance work.Maintain inspection records and equipment condition reports.Qualifications & Experience:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Diploma: 2–4 years of relevant experience.Bachelor’s: 1–2 years of relevant experience.Knowledge of mechanical equipment inspection and maintenance.Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
