The Mechanical Inspector will be responsible for conducting site inspections, ensuring quality control, and overseeing construction management.Qualifications10+ total years of experience5+ years' experience on 5-star hotel Project or Residential, Villas & Townhouses developments ProjectsExperience in site inspections and inspection proceduresKnowledge of quality control standards and practicesExperience in construction managementStrong attention to detail and analytical skillsEffective communication and collaboration abilitiesBachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringRelevant certifications in civil inspection and quality control are beneficial
