Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Cairo Engineering Equipment (C.E.E.), Egypt's leading provider of specialized airport and municipal equipment since 1991, is looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our technical team.About the RoleYou'll be responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of our fleet of specialized mechanical equipment (truck equipment) such as road sweepers, rubber removal machines, and truck mounted manlifts (aerial platforms)...etc. Supporting both airport and municipal clients across Egypt.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive and corrective maintenance on above mentioned truck equipmentDiagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faultsCarry out onsite repairs and maintenance at client and airport locationsManage spare parts requirements and maintenance schedulesCoordinate with manufacturers' technical support teams for complex issues and warranty mattersEnsure equipment meets operational and safety standardsPrepare maintenance reports and documentationSupport installation and commissioning of new equipment as neededProvide technical guidance to junior techniciansRequirements10+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally with above mentioned truck equipmentStrong background in hydraulic and mechanical systems for heavy and specialized vehiclesSolid understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic drive systems, and PTO systemsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification)Experience working with international equipment manufacturers is a plusWillingness to travel to client and airport sites across EgyptStrong problem solving skills and ability to work independently onsiteGood command of English (technical documentation)
