About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team and support the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of our mechanical equipment and production assets.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and systems.Assist in troubleshooting equipment failures, breakdowns, and recurring maintenance issues.Monitor equipment performance and report abnormalities to ensure operational reliability.Support maintenance planning and scheduling activities to optimize equipment availability.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards during maintenance activities.Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and reducing downtime.Coordinate effectively with operations and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow and minimize production interruptions.Key Deliverables:Reduction in equipment downtime and production interruptions.Timely completion of preventive maintenance tasks.Improved equipment reliability, availability, and performance.Accurate and up-to-date maintenance records and reports.Compliance with safety procedures, work instructions, and maintenance standards.Fast and effective response to equipment failures and maintenance requests.Strong support in achieving production, operational, and maintenance objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
