Mechanical / M&E Maintenance Engineer – Static SiteWest London | Permanent | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pmWe’re working with an established building services business looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical / M&E Maintenance Engineer to join the team on a large static site in West London.This is a permanent, site-based position and would suit an engineer from a commercial building services or FM background who enjoys working across a varied mechanical maintenance remit.The role will include:Planned and reactive mechanical maintenanceMaintenance and repair of mechanical building services plant and systemsCommercial plumbing maintenance and minor installationsFault finding and identifying practical, cost-effective solutionsGeneral plant room and building services dutiesCompleting relevant service and maintenance documentationLiaising with the wider engineering team and site managementMaintaining a high standard of service in a client-facing environmentWe’re looking for someone with previous experience working within commercial building services / facilities maintenance, ideally from a static-site environment. A mechanical engineering or plumbing qualification would be advantageous.This could suit someone currently working as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, M&E Engineer, Building Services Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or Multi-Skilled Engineer.Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
