Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Elite is seeking someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems, and experienced working with industrial equipment and machinery. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can diagnose issues, perform repairs, and help keep equipment operating safely and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Diagnose equipment failures and determine appropriate repairs
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, switches, relays, contactors, and other electrical components
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation
• Perform equipment installations, adjustments, repairs, and component replacements
• Identify potential equipment issues before they result in extended downtime
• Follow all company and customer safety procedures
• Document completed maintenance and repairs as required
• Work collaboratively with engineering, controls, and production teams to resolve equipment issuesQualifications
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical maintenance, or a related technical role
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Electrical troubleshooting experience required
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems and controls
• Experience with motors, sensors, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, conveyors, and other industrial equipment
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to safe work practicesAdditional experience with PLC-controlled equipment, robotics, automation systems, CNC machinery, or manufacturing equipment is a plus.
