Join us and help deliver the systems behind some of the UAE’s most ambitious developments.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Review: Review mechanical shop drawings, material submittals, and RFIs to resolve MEP clashes before site installation.Site Supervision: Inspect HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting installations to enforce QA/QC and approved specifications.Commissioning & Handover: Lead TAB (testing and balancing), system commissioning, unit snagging, and de-snagging for final handovers.Authority Approvals: Coordinate site inspections to secure approvals from Dubai Civil Defense (DCD), DEWA, and Dubai Municipality.Progress Tracking: Monitor contractor schedules to ensure mechanical milestones are met on time and within budget.Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.Experience: 5–7years in MEP site execution in the UAE on high-rise/ residential towers / villas.
