Mechanical R&D Engineer

We're hiring R&D Engineer (Design Engineer) Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities 1. Develop new product and improve the current products to reduce cost2. Master the design of AC refrigeration system design and solving abnormal problems of AC systems3. Simulate refrigeration circuit by Carrier software packages4. Ensure that projects are align with Road Map program schedule5. Ensures quality in a product’s design for safety, usability, reliability, functionality, marketability, and manufacturability.6. Plan the schedule for the new product projects and Comply new product development process.7. Put the sourcing strategy and qualify for all new items 8. Study and analyze local and international competitor’s product.9. Provide technical support for the manufacturing process.10. Comply with Company policies and Keep information confidentialQualifications Engineering Degree with 0-2 years experience. Experience in product development and industrial engineering. Demonstrated management skills. Good interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of Core Mechanical Subjects Ambitious. Key Competencies Ability to technical problem solving.
