Mechanical Service Engineer

Install and commission baler machines, shredders, conveyors, and associated equipment at customer locations.Conduct machine trials and performance testing.Ensure successful handover of equipment to customers.Provide operator training on machine operation and safety procedures.Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance.Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system faults.Repair and replace defective components including bearings, shafts, gearboxes, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and valves.Conduct machine health inspections and prepare service reports.Identify root causes of machine failures and implement corrective actions.Troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, and basic electrical problems.Coordinate with design and production teams for technical solutions.Provide emergency breakdown support at customer sites.Respond to customer service calls and technical queries.Maintain strong customer relationships through timely service.Recommend spare parts and maintenance schedules.Ensure customer complaints are resolved effectively.Prepare installation, commissioning, and service reports.Maintain service records and machine history.Submit travel, expense, and maintenance reports.Update service activity in ERP/CRM systems.Identify and recommend spare parts requirements.Support inventory planning for critical spares.Ensure proper utilization of service tools and equipment.Follow company and customer safety regulations.Conduct service activities according to standard operating procedures.Ensure safe handling of hydraulic systems, lifting equipment, and machine components.Skills: spare parts,breakdown,maintenance,trouble shooting
