Mechanical Technician

Key Responsibilities🔧 Conduct preventive maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)🔧 Inspect and maintain STP equipment including:PumpsCheck valvesButterfly valvesAeration systems🔧 Inspect motors and blowers to ensure proper operation and assess bearing conditions🔧 Monitor blower oil levels and perform routine lubrication checks🔧 Perform declogging of:Submersible pumpsCheck valvesButterfly valvesFoot valves🔧 Conduct Chlorine Contact Tank (CCT) cleaning and routine housekeeping activities🔧 Operate and monitor STP processes to ensure optimal system performance🔧 Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and perform corrective maintenance as needed🔧 Adhere to established SOPs and safety protocols during all maintenance activitiesQualifications✅ Diploma in Mechanical Technology or equivalent technical course✅ Experience in the operation and maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs)✅ Knowledge and hands-on experience in overhauling:Roots BlowersSubmersible Pumps✅ TESDA Certification is an advantage✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills✅ Willing to conduct field work and site visits within NCRReporting LineReports directly to the Maintenance SupervisorWhat You'll Contribute✔ Completion of scheduled monthly preventive maintenance activities✔ Ensuring all equipment and mechanical systems are maintained in good operating condition✔ Supporting continuous and efficient plant operations across multiple project sitesWhy Join Us?Opportunities to work on multiple environmental and wastewater treatment projectsHands-on experience with specialized mechanical equipmentGrowth and development within a dynamic operations and maintenance teamExposure to various sites across Metro Manila
