Mechatronics EngineerAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Mechatronics Engineer to design, develop, and integrate electromechanical systems for drone motors and robotic actuators. The engineer will work closely with design, testing, and manufacturing teams to improve product performance, reliability, and production efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electromechanical systems for drone motors and robotic actuators.Integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components into reliable production systems.Work with design, test, and manufacturing teams to support new product introductions.Design, build, and test manufacturing automation equipment, including pick-and-place, loading/unloading, and automated testing systems.Troubleshoot and improve equipment and electromechanical systems.Prepare technical specifications, design documentation, equipment manuals, and maintenance procedures.Research new technologies and support engineering and R&D projects.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.3+ years of experience developing and building mechatronic systems in a high-volume manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of motors, actuators, sensors, electronics, and microcontrollers.Experience with embedded software and hardware integration.Experience with CAD and circuit design tools.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Ability to work effectively with mechanical, electrical, software, test, and manufacturing teams.Strong attention to detail and communication skills.Authorized to work in the United States.Preferred QualificationsExperience in drone, robotics, automotive, or electronics industries.Knowledge of motor control electronics and firmware.Experience with system-level testing and validation.Experience with manufacturing automation and control systems.
