Media Buyer – On-site – Base Salary Potential Up To $90k: Here at R2 we have partnered with a growing eCommerce brand to bring on a Paid Social Media Buyer who can take ownership of paid acquisition and drive growth across Meta and emerging social channels.The business is scaling quickly and investing heavily in creative and is looking for someone who can own the testing roadmap and push performance further as budgets grow.What we are looking for:Strong hands-on experience buying paid social, ideally within eCommerce or DTCProven track record scaling Meta and emerging channels against ROAS and CAC targetsExperience owning the creative testing roadmap and briefing directly into creative teamsConfident with tracking and attribution including Conversions API and reading platform data against actual revenueWhat's in it for you:Strong base salary potential up to $90kComprehensive benefits packageUnlimited PTO401k + match
