Media Innovation Manager

Christy Media Solutions is working with a leading organisation in the media and technology sector to recruit a Media Innovation Manager based in Doha, Qatar.This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who combines media industry experience with strong product, technology and innovation expertise. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering innovation initiatives, exploring emerging technologies and turning new ideas into practical products, use cases and solutions.What you’ll be doing:Leading innovation projects, pilots and product initiatives from concept through to deliveryExploring how AI, Generative AI and emerging technologies can be applied across mediaIdentifying opportunities for new digital products, services and platformsWorking across areas such as video, streaming, immersive technology and digital mediaCollaborating with technology companies, startups and wider industry partnersManaging projects across timelines, budgets, risks and deliveryWorking with senior stakeholders to develop ideas into commercially and technically viable initiativesWhat we’re looking for:Strong experience within media, entertainment or media technologyExperience across product development, innovation, venture building or emerging technologyA track record of taking products or technology initiatives from concept through to deliveryGood understanding of AI/GenAI and wider emerging technologyA combination of technical/product understanding and commercial awarenessStrong project, programme and stakeholder management skillsStartup, incubation or innovation programme experience would be advantageousThis would suit someone who enjoys working at the intersection of media, technology, product and innovation, with the opportunity to have genuine ownership over new ideas and their delivery.
