They act as a bridge between the medical community and the company, ensuring that products meet regulatory standards and patient needs.Key Responsibilities1. Medical Expertise:- Provide medical and scientific input into marketing and product development strategies.- Ensure all promotional materials are medically accurate and compliant with regulations.2. Collaboration:- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, sales, and marketing.- Build relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.3. Research and Development:- Support clinical trials by contributing to protocol design, data analysis, and publication strategies.- Keep up-to-date with scientific advancements and competitor products.4. Education and Training:- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on disease areas and products.- Present scientific data at conferences and meetings.5. Compliance and Ethics:- Ensure company practices adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.- Review and approve promotional and educational materials.Qualifications- Medical degree (MD) or advanced degree in a relevant scientific field.(M.D without the industry experience can be positively considered)- Strong understanding of clinical research and regulatory environments.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to interpret complex scientific data and translate it into actionable insights.Skills:- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
