About the roleWe are seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to bring scientific expertise to our product strategy, healthcare professional education and communications. This role connects scientific evidence with practical, credible communication across our portfolio.Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you will help develop the scientific content and educational initiatives that support our brands. You will combine a critical understanding of research with the ability to communicate clearly and engage confidently with different audiences.Your responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical studies, published research and emerging scientific developments relevant to our portfolio.
• Translate scientific evidence into clear messages, presentations and educational content for healthcare professionals and internal teams.
• Develop and deliver product and scientific training for our sales teams.
• Create, adapt and review scientific and marketing materials across print and digital channels.
• Provide medical input into brand plans, campaigns and product launches.
• Support accurate, evidence-based product information and respond to scientific enquiries.
• Collaborate with international partners and internal colleagues to maintain consistent, current scientific communication.What you bring
• A degree in life sciences.
• Experience in Medical Affair and cientific communications
• The ability to assess clinical evidence critically and apply it to practical communication.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, with confidence engaging both scientific and commercial audiences.
• Excellent communction skills.
