We are looking for experienced mental health and psychiatry professionals to contribute their clinical expertise to training Large Language Models (LLMs) and improving the accuracy of AI-generated healthcare information.Role OverviewAs a Mental Health & Psychiatry AI Consultant, you will help refine AI models by reviewing, validating, and improving responses related to mental health conditions, psychiatric disorders, behavioral health, psychopharmacology, and treatment approaches. Your expertise will help ensure AI-generated information is accurate, evidence-based, and clinically relevant.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate AI-generated content related to mental health and psychiatryEvaluate AI responses related to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, and other mental health conditionsProvide expert feedback on diagnosis, treatment approaches, psychiatric medications, and clinical recommendationsIdentify inaccuracies, gaps, inconsistencies, or potentially harmful information in AI-generated responsesEvaluate the clinical appropriateness and safety of mental health recommendationsCollaborate with AI teams to improve model performance and clinical accuracyRequirementsMD/DO with specialization or residency/fellowship training in PsychiatryStrong understanding of mental health conditions, psychiatric disorders, psychopharmacology, and treatment protocolsBoard Certified/Board Eligible in Psychiatry preferredClinical experience in mental health and psychiatryAbility to critically evaluate and validate medical informationStrong written communication and attention to detailInterest in AI, healthcare technology, and LLMsThis is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of AI in mental healthcare while leveraging your psychiatry expertise.
