Medical AI Trainer - Orthopedic

We are looking for experienced orthopedic professionals to contribute their clinical expertise to training Large Language Models (LLMs) and improving the accuracy of AI-generated healthcare information.Role OverviewAs an Orthopedic AI Consultant, you will help refine AI models by reviewing, validating, and improving responses related to musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic disorders, injuries, diagnosis, treatment, and surgical approaches. Your expertise will help ensure AI-generated information is accurate, evidence-based, and clinically relevant.ResponsibilitiesReview and validate AI-generated content related to orthopedicsEvaluate AI responses related to fractures, joint disorders, arthritis, sports injuries, spinal conditions, and musculoskeletal disordersProvide expert feedback on diagnosis, treatment options, surgical procedures, and rehabilitation approachesIdentify inaccuracies, gaps, inconsistencies, or potentially harmful information in AI-generated responsesEvaluate the clinical appropriateness and safety of orthopedic recommendationsCollaborate with AI teams to improve model performance and clinical accuracyRequirementsMD/DO with specialization or residency/fellowship training in OrthopedicsStrong understanding of musculoskeletal conditions, orthopedic diagnosis, treatment protocols, and surgical proceduresBoard Certified/Board Eligible in Orthopedics preferredClinical experience in orthopedic careAbility to critically evaluate and validate medical informationStrong written communication and attention to detailInterest in AI, healthcare technology, and LLMsThis is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of AI in healthcare while leveraging your orthopedic expertise.
