This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced wellness and medical environment while providing an excellent patient experience from check-in through treatment.ResponsibilitiesAssist providers with patient visits, procedures, and treatmentsObtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient informationPrepare exam and treatment rooms before and after appointmentsPerform blood draws and specimen collection, when applicableAdminister injections and medications as directed by a licensed provider and within scope of practiceAssist with IV therapy, wellness treatments, and other clinical services as appropriateEducate patients on treatment instructions and follow-up careMaintain accurate and organized patient recordsCoordinate patient flow and help keep appointments running efficientlyMaintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of clinical areasFollow HIPAA, infection-control, and patient-safety standardsProvide a welcoming, professional, and high-quality experience for every patientQualificationsMedical Assistant certification or relevant clinical experience preferredExperience with phlebotomy preferredStrong communication and customer-service skillsComfortable working with patients in a wellness and medical settingOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskProfessional, dependable, and team-orientedFamiliarity with electronic medical records is a plusAbout Nuceria HealthNuceria Health is a modern health and wellness practice focused on helping patients feel, perform, and live better through personalized care.
